Frequently Asked Questions

For iOS:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap ‘Subscriptions’.
4. Find and tap the subscription you wish to cancel.
5. Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’ at the bottom.
6. Confirm cancellation when prompted.

Note: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

For Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap the three horizontal lines on the top-left corner to open the menu.
3. Tap ‘Subscriptions’.
4. Locate the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap ‘Cancel’.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.

Note: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

To permanently delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account in the app.
2. Navigate to the ‘Profile’ tab.
3. Click on ‘Edit Profile’.
4. Scroll down and click the ‘Delete Account’ button.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm the deletion.
