Canceling Your Subscription or Free Trial
If you signed up for your subscription online:
Go to app.cadre.io and log in to your account.
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
Select "Billing" from the dropdown menu.
On the Billing page, next to your active subscription, click "Cancel Subscription".
Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
If you subscribed through the Cadre mobile app:
For iOS:
On your iOS device, open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top of the Settings menu.
Select "Subscriptions".
Locate the Cadre subscription and tap on it.
Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.
Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
For Android:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left to open the menu.
Select "Subscriptions".
Locate the Cadre subscription and tap on it.
Select "Cancel Subscription".
Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
Please note that canceling your free trial will prevent your subscription from automatically renewing into a paid plan after the trial period ends.
