When he’s not at the helm of his companies, you’ll catch him running—most recently completing a 107.6-mile ultra-endurance event to honor the 107,660 lives lost to opioid overdose. Shannon Sondrol is an energy healer and spiritual coach. At the age of 28 she had a very organic and intense spiritual awakening. This led her on a completely different path in life. Leaving her career and entering into the healing arts field where she discovered all of her gifts and abilities as a healer here. She embarked on her own healing journey for many years diving deep into the depths of her own pain and trauma. On the other side of many dark nights of the soul, was so much light that she knew she was here to share with the world. She’s been working with clients since 2010 helping them through their own awakening processes as well as their healing. She teaches workshops and hosts events and retreats across the country. She is thrilled to be a part of Cadre’s first ever live event.

JC is the founder of social initiatives like 5K Everyday Conversations and TCO Local, aiming to democratize access to wellness. He collaborates with major wellness brands and serves as a Leadership and Change consultant for Fortune 500 companies and non-profits. Additionally, JC is a wellness expert for KSTP-TV and is working on a seminal text about the concept of “Enoughness,” advocating for a more inclusive and sustainable wellness industry.

Born and raised in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, I’ve always been captivated by the beauty in all things, a perspective that’s both my strength and vulnerability. From early interests in school and sports to journaling, I’ve always encouraged others to pursue their dreams. My career journey led me from nursing to the fitness industry, finally culminating in health and fitness management. A move to Minnesota pivoted my focus towards personal training, group fitness, and Pilates, where I honed my expertise in mind-body wellness. Amidst personal upheavals, I rediscovered my love for yoga and subsequently opened a Yoga Studio, launching a specialized program called YOD. Leveraging this platform, I’ve evolved into a daily coach, empowering others to unlock their full potential and achieve their grandest dreams.

Alex Freese was born with an innate desire to help and a gift for healing. He has brought his constructive compassion to multiple career paths– including as a firefighter and EMT, Kinesiologist and healer– learning and growing from every step along the way. After many years of service and countless hours studying holistic healing arts, Alex now uses his gifts to transform the lives of others. Supporting individual discover their truth utilizing hands on healing. Alex leads multiple group events spanning guided mediation, sound healing, movement-ecstatic dance and authentic relating.
