We also offer our users the option to delete their accounts at any time, providing full transparency and control over their personal information. We only share anonymous analytics with employers for purposes of utilization in order to protect the privacy of members on the platform.

Our app includes hundreds of hours of live and on-demand wellness videos, one-on-one coaching sessions, and a private community of wellness friends, experts and enthusiasts. With a growing number of members on Cadre, we continue to expand our offerings to reflect the wants and needs of our community.

Can members create and save playlists of their favorite videos?
Yes, you can save your favorite videos to save for later or watch again.

Where do you find your wellness creators?
We pride ourselves on working with a diverse group of creators who bring unique perspectives and experiences to our platform. To source content creators, we use a variety of online channels and also accept applications from creators who are interested in working with us. Once we have identified potential creators, we conduct a thorough screening process to ensure that they meet our standards for content quality, expertise, and professionalism. 

Can my family members use Cadre?
Yes, any family member aged 18+ is allowed to use the Cadre app. They may sign up for a new account using their personal email address and company invite code.

Is there a community aspect to the app where I can connect with other users?
Yes, we offer a community feed on our platform that allows all of our users to connect and share their wellness journey. The community feed is a space for users to post about their experiences, ask for advice, and offer support to others. It's a great way to connect with like-minded individuals and build a sense of community around the pursuit of wellness. The community feed is moderated by our team to ensure that all content is appropriate and in line with our community guidelines.

What is the difference between therapy apps and the Cadre app?
Our aim is to remove the stigma surrounding therapy by highlighting the benefits of coaching and its potential to complement therapy. Our platform does not offer therapy services; instead, we offer coaching that provides additional value and support to our users.
