I'm Jason Lennox - author, speaker, advocate, and relentless voice for recovery, hope, and human connection. After losing many loved ones and navigating my own troubles and healing, I've made it my mission to share with the world the importance of conversation. Conversation around struggles, triumphs, and everything between. I'm here on Cadre to create space for stories, emotions, and solutions - for individuals and for loved ones. Because without space for all those in conversation, we'll continue to lose too many of our people. But with it, we'll watch more stories like mine unfold.
