Rosie is the co-founder of Rebloom Health, a tech company supporting women and families through pregnancy loss, infertility, and adoption. With a career spanning technology, brand, and people strategy, Rosie has led teams and transformations across medtech, retail, and hospitality. She has advised Fortune 500s, nonprofits, and public sector organizations on culture change, talent innovation, and organizational redesign. Rosie has been featured on NPR, Fast Company, and CNBC and is a founding member of several women’s leadership networks. Today, she leverages her experience to redefine the conversation around women’s health, workplace equity, and the future of work.
