Recently, I had the honor of joining a distinguished panel of professionals for an insightful discussion on RESPECT in the workplace. Allow me to share some powerful takeaways from each speaker.

During the panel, I discussed how companies can create respectful workplaces championing neurodiversity and well-being. I urged action, starting with individual steps such as addressing one's own ableism through language use and assessing accessibility in physical environments.

Special thanks to the Cadre team and host Miss Shannan Paul, Joseph Lippold, Luke Wendlandt, Shannon Stauff, MBC, Ahna Mayo, and Colleen Lindstrom for all your work putting this amazing event together! Let's continue championing respect and nurturing environments where everyone thrives. We can create a brighter, more respectful future in the workplace.

Time well spent at the Cadre R E S P E C T event this morning, hosted by Cadre, a social platform for mental health, in partnership with TPI Hospitality and iHeartMedia. Thanks for the invite Luke Wendlandt and our recent sauna session where the future of business takes place!

The leaders in the room 5.20 shared how they empower employees, how respect translates into productivity, what motivates individuals, active listening, neurodiversity, accommodations as an offer not an ask in the interview process, outdated ways of communication including the premium placed on being in agreement, generational differences in the workplace, and a broad definition of DEI that extends beyond the Chief Diversity Officer.
